About Us
The Engine House 19 beginnings...
We went into business for two reasons. We have an interest in putting people back to work in America. Our products are manufactured in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We utilize small businesses to obtain the freshest ingredients and spices, to lab test our recipes for quality assurance, to package and label our products, to develop and maintain our website, to prepare promotional materials, and to ship our products across the country.
We also saw a need to create a fundraising tool for organizations to raise money for causes they support. Coming from families who are members of the Milwaukee Police Department, we admire the firefighters and EMT's because of the close relationship they have with the police personnel in assisting those in need. Due to budget cuts for the career departments and fundraising challenges for the volunteer departments, we saw an immediate need for funding to maintain the level of service provided by those heroes in America. Engine House 19 products fit that bill perfectly.
We are also in business to help other organizations raise money for good causes such as church groups, sports teams, schools, etc., through our private label program. The products and prices shown are for wholesale by-the-case purchases for fundraising organizations. Please contact us for retail sales information and check this website for retail establishments carrying our products.

OUR COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
We support fire departments and law enforcement agencies across the State of Wisconsin. In 2017 we assisted in obtaining Post Fire Carcinogenic Reduction Booths ("PFCRB") for Greenfield, Fond du Lac and the St. Francis Fire Departments. The PFCRB's are an important part of a health and wellness program, which reduces cancer causing agents our firefighting personnel are exposed to each day.
We have also brought together funding partners to purchase a six person UTV (Utility Terrain Vehicle) for the St. Francis Fire Department. The UTV is necessary in order for that agency to patrol heavily wooded and beach areas currently difficult to access without one. The UTV can be used on trails, beaches, and on the road.
We secured very important funding for the Racine Fire Department's Technical Rescue Training Program, which includes trench, confined space, cliff, water and grain bin rescue.
